Sunday was a complete success – and totally exhausting!!  Several lifelong residents have told me (or Chad, same thing) that they don’t ever remember seeing so many people in town!  The weather was just about perfect, the parade was wonderful, and there were no major glitches (that we know about), so we’re ready to consider it a major success.

Now we’ve moved into recovery mode.  Monday was spent cleaning up and delivering raffle prizes.  Tuesday was a day for rest or returning to work.  We finished dropping off the last of the raffle prizes last night – what’s left is to be picked up or mailed.  After a couple more days of rest, it’s time to edit some pre-wedding photos that I took a couple of weeks ago and get started on Christmas orders for quilts.

Now if only I could find my house under all of the clutter . . . . . .
